Golf is a fascinating game. It has taken me nearly 40 years to discover that I can't play it

676 SOCIAL GOLF CLUB

We are a diverse group of golfers that get together once a month (February to December) for a social round of golf and are always looking for new members.

The 676 golf club is composed of Australians of all nationalities residing in Sydney Australia. We hold regular monthly games on a Sunday at Campbelltown, Camden, Massey Park, Leonay, Sefton and Fox Hills. We maintain our own club handicap system, hold club tournaments and gather at the end of the year to celebrate Christmas with friends.

If you are interested in playing with us then have a look at the schedule and send us a message via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page to let us know when you would like to attend your first game.

See you on the greens!

ABOUT US

The 676 Social Golf Club was founded in late 1950's with the main objective of promoting friendship through the sport of golf.

The members who formed the club wanted to play golf socially and not have to join a club affiliated with the Australian Golf Union. The golf venture started when the Club was able to arrange a permanent Sunday morning booking at various courses in the Sydney metropolitan area.

Over the past fifty years or so the membership has varied with members retiring and new members joining the club. Our membership currently is between fourteen and twenty players. The golf club organises rounds of golf once a month between February and December with an extra game being organised outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area, which have previously included Shellharbour's golf course Shell Cove (a very challenging course) and Wollongong City golf course .

We currently have four members who have been playing golf within the club for over twenty five years, with one member having 30 years experience playing with the club.
